Prepaid orders dispatched in a maximum of 2 days. COD orders could take 5 days to dispatch. Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery only. No returns, no exchange on Intimate wear (undergarments). For returns, please do not cut the tags, pack the product safely in the same package, keep the product in it's original condition and write us at connect@bamboologytrends.com, we will arrange the pick up at the delivery address. We have a 5-day exchange /replacement policy, which means you have 5-days after receiving your item to request an exchange or replacement of the product, provided it is damaged, defected or has a size issue (in case of clothing). We do not provide return or refund on the basis of qualitative parameters like shape, size, colour, performance, sound quality etc.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
